This meeting is being held to pursue the joining of the two Associations. Your input is both valuable & important.
If the merger takes place there will be changes made to the current by-laws in an effort to incorporate some of the Franklin Association board members into the current Middletown Association Association board. The current idea is to expand the existing board by 3 directors positions in order to accomplish this.
Any interested association members & all board members are encouraged to attend.
